Terms of Service — DSPV Social Studio

Operated by DSPV Media (Drake Smith Media Services). Effective 2026-09-23. Replaces the version of 2026-06-30.

By connecting an Instagram or TikTok account to DSPV Social Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets real estate agents who work with DSPV Media publish approved marketing content to their own social accounts, see how that content performs, and respond to people who ask about their services in comments and messages. Nothing publishes without the agent's approval.

2. What you authorize

When you connect an account you allow the Service, on your behalf, to publish content you have approved, read insights about your account and posts, read and reply to comments on your posts, and read and reply to messages sent to your account. You can revoke this at any time by removing the app in your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok settings, or by asking us to disconnect it. For Instagram, either way deletes the stored access token immediately.

3. Your responsibilities

• You own or are authorized to manage the accounts you connect.
• The content you approve is yours or properly licensed, and you have any permission needed to market a property, including the listing broker's written consent where a listing is not your own.
• Your content follows real estate advertising law, including the licensee and broker identification your state requires, fair housing law, and California's disclosure rules for digitally altered images.
• You follow Instagram's and TikTok's community guidelines and the Meta Platform Terms.
• You contact people by text message or email only with the consent the law requires.

4. Your leads

People who contact you through your accounts are your contacts. DSPV Media handles their information only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-assisted content

Some content and suggested replies are drafted with AI tools. You review them before they are used. Content that was generated or materially altered with AI is labeled as such when it is published.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, DSPV Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
